When will my booking be confirmed ?
We do our best to confirm your booking as soon as we can. Once you have told us you have deposited the required amount, we will check on our accounts, and then email you with a receipt. After, your booking will be confirmed !

Are the rates on your website per person, per room, per night or per villa ?
All the rates quoted on are per villa.

Do you base the rental price on the number of people staying at the villa ?
No, actually the fee you pay is for the villa you rent, not for the number of people staying in it. But keep in mind that each villa’s “sleeping capacity” is listed on our website. The number of guests staying in the villas Aquarama cannot exceed the maximum number of guests published or agreed in the bookings confirmation. There may be some exceptions for wedding  or anniversary … If you do have additional guests after the booking has been made, please contact Ferra our manager.  In this case additional charges may be required.

How far in advance do I need to book the villa?
The villas Aquarama tend to get booked several months in advance. That is why, if you are sure you want one of our three villas for a particular time period, put a deposit on it. First come, first served !

Can I reserve the same villa for the same time next year if I like it ?
If you would like to reserve again an aquarama villa for the same time next year, we strongly encourages you to BOOK that villa on our website as soon as you return. The villas get rented quickly in high season. Jessieca, our balinese manager will call you upon your return to assist you in rebooking your favorite villa in Bali, or to help you to find another villa Aquarama !


How to pay your booking ?

You can pay directly by bank transfer. Once your reservation has been accepted, we will sent you an email with our bank details.

Or else, if you prefer pay with your paypal account, we will sent you a money request by email. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to make the payment.
– If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your account and confirm the payment.
– If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card on the Paypal page without registration, by clicking “Do not have a PayPal account ?”.
After confirming the payment on PayPal and validate your reservation, your account will be charged.
Do not hesitate to contact us to finalize your arrival.


At what time can we make the check-in ?

Check in time : 1 pm or later …

Late check in are possible, because our manager live on the site. However, it is better to arrive during the afternoon, because airport transfer are more expensive after 6 pm.

At what time we have to check out ?

Check out time : 11 am or before


What is the cancellation policy ?

The final balance of the rental payment is due between 60 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Please do not forget to send an email advising the final payment has been made. Once received this payment is also non refundable. Failure to pay the final rental payment by the due date will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and your deposit.

What are the cancellation fees?

Cancellation outside of 60 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 20-25% of the gross rental price.

Cancellation between 60 to 30 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the gross rental price.

Cancellation within 30 days of travel will result in a full forfeiture of the gross rental price.


Is it possible to arrange pick up at the airport ?

Yes, we can arrange to collect you at the airport. At the time of your final payment we will confirm your flight arrival and pick up details. We arrange this transfer at a non inflated price (from 150K to 250K IDR). The price depends on your arrival time.

If you wish to make your own way to the villa please advise us of your expected arrival time at the villa.
Ferra, our manager will be at the villa waiting for you and will give you a short brief orientation of the villa you have rented in Bali and will answer any questions you might have. If you arrive during the night, the security staff will let you into the villa and Ferra or the staff will go through things with you the next morning …

How is the internet connection / WIFI in the villas ?
We did our best to have a good internet connection in Bali. You will enjoy download speeds up to 10 Mbps. At this speed, you can easily work and talk by video-conference from the villas.


Every day in the Aquarama Villas, a local Balinese staff provide all household services in maintaining the grounds and facilities of each property. Household duties will include daily cleaning and room tidying. Grounds maintenance will include cleaning and balancing the pool, plus tending the garden. There will be additional charges for laundry, meals and breakfeast.

Furthermore  there is a gate at the entrance of the villas, with someone which is present 24/7 for the security. Moreover, each room has a safety box to lock and secure valuables.


Do you have a laundry service ?
Yes, our staff can wash your clothes. However this is an additional charge : 25 000 IDR per kilo will be required.

Is it possible to have a babysitter during our stay in the Villas Aquarama ?
Yes, if you need, let us know, we could arrange this …

Is it possible to have a local chief at home during our stay in the Villas Aquarama ?
Yes, if you need a local chief for your meals, let us know, we could arrange this.
